Neal Under-Pad / Water-Repellent Under-Pad  [Substitute for Waterproof or normal Stockinet]

Neal Under-Pad is used for casting tape and splint operating which is applicable to the case of fix or maintain the part of body among bones fractures and sprain. It is water-repellent skin protection pad which is good quality buffer, drying fast through smooth ventilation, draining the moisture dry when it contact with moisture and comfortable to operate for orthopedic.

Neal Under-Pad has excellent antibacterial activity

Neal Under-Pad has an excellent antibacterial activity by PP-Ag Complex. This is approved the Antimicrobial proprerties of 99.9% through the antibacterial test(KS K0693:2006) by Korea Testing & Research Institute.

Neal Under-Pad is dry fast.

Neal Under-Pad can lead to fast dry due to it has hole which is made by mesh type through circular weaver to ventilate well and it repel moisture through water-repellent treatment when it contact with moisture. 

Neal Under-Pad has an excellent protection effect.

Neal Under-Pad has an excellent buffer effect between skin and splint through heightened elasticity and thickness by circular weaver which is manufactured by woven polyester through FTY (False Twist Yarn) and Drawing.

Neal Under-Pad is comfortable to use.

Neal Under-Pad does not need to use additional cotton bandage so that it makes procedures simple.

APPLICATION

Cut off Neal Under-Pad as much as need the length to be on operation part.

Put on the treatment part and protect it.

Roll up the each edge nicely to avoid smutty edge.

Please protect the part be cut from cast cutter using enclosed safeguard in case of cast removal.

Apply the splint operation with Neal Cast to the affected part according to indication.

In the case of difference of thickness size is too wide between long-leg or inner part of a thigh and ankle, it is recommended to use and operate two different size of Neal Under-Pad and in this case, it need to be used carefully layering to avoid show the affected part.

PRE-CAUTION

Please make sure to protect affected part with enclosed safeguard.

It is not recommended to take a shower or a bath without doctor's approval even though Neal Under-pad can be drained and squeeze the moisture out quickly due to water-repellent treatment.

Keep Neal Under-Pad cool and normal temperature. The water-repllent quality might be weaken when it kept high temperature and humid.

Even though Neal Under-Pad can protect against splint on the skin and treatment part but, please treat it carefully to avoid sustained 2nd injury by excessive action or hitting.

This product is disposable medical devices and it should be performed an operation by doctor or specialist only who has the qualification of medical specialty.

In the case of use together with other company's casting tape, water-repellent effect can be weak due to low ventilation power and in the case of use together with fiberglass product, it can be caused skin irritation due to fiberglass powder enter into fabric. Therefore, it is recommended to use together with Neal Cast Polyester product.
