Which allow doctors to shape Neal casting tape by their desire way during application. Etc-such as joints, elbows, ankles, heels, etc. without any tuck or fold.

No Enviormental Hazards
"Neal Cast" is made by 100% polyester. Which can be burn after use without any hazard to global environment. This is a product which is needs by the peoples who are always very conscious about wastage & environmental solution.

Dust Less
"Neal Cast" made by 100% polyester, create much less dust than old(P.O.P Plaster of paris) products, at removal by normal castsaw after use. (Polyester dust is much less harmful than P.O.P or Fiberglass)

Radiology
Perfect X-ray result makes it easy to have an accurate diagnosis. Doctor`s feel more comfortable to examine & treat patients for recovery. "Neal Cast" is accurate in radiology compared to fiberglass or POP as shown in the pictures mention below. This is much more important in the treatment of distal radius, ulna fractures or wrist bone fractures.

Better Sanitation
"Neal Cast" has moisture resistance and porosity, so it dries soon keeps away from bad smell & skin contagions or other complications by moisture inside the cast.

Application & Removal
"Neal Cast" is desire product for doctors in application, because they don`t even need gloves to apply the cast. We have design our product without stickiness, and there will be no rigid stain on doctors or patient cloths. Removal is also much easy. Conventional cast saw or shears can be used for removal of the cast.

Strength
"Neal Cast" made by polyester, has all the strength, rigidity and lightness you expect from fiberglass casting tapes. "Neal Cast" is 5 times much lighter then conventional plaster cast and 85% lighter from fiberglass

Application

• Put on stockinet and padding on area where cast has to be applied.
• Wear gloves for application.
• Open one casting tape at a time.
• Immerse casting tape for 5~10 seconds in water.
• Construct the cast by wrapping spirally.
